It cannot be deducted.

If i may explain the reason is as follows.Ordinarily the cost of transferring is supposed to be deducted from your winnings,but due to the recent wave of terrorisn and money laundering,the international community resolved that all winnings be blocked,and secured by a hard cover insurance policy,making any deduction from the winnings before it gets to you completely impossible. Also the Nigeria Customs department will not allow the transit of your prize unless all statutory obligations as stipulated by the international community is satisfied.

In regards to the above as you can see it is the international community that has now made it mandatory that you pay the cost of transfer fees before we can proceed.

NOTE:If you know you are disclaiming your winning from the ECOWAS please write me officially in your next mail so that your winning can be returned back to them as soon as possible.
